Terms & Conditions

By accessing Masrig (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions between you and Masrig If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Additional policies (Privacy, Refunds) form part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Masrig provides a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of laptops, PCs, and related gear. Unless expressly stated, we are not the seller of third-party listings. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, legality, and fulfilment. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings and completing purchases in good faith.

Listings must be truthful, include clear condition grades, and comply with Indian law. Prohibited items include stolen goods, counterfeit products, devices with unpaid finance unless disclosed and cleared, and any item restricted by law. We may remove listings and sanction users without prior notice where risk is material.

Where escrow is enabled, buyer funds are held until delivery and inspection conditions are met (or the protection window expires). Payouts to sellers follow our escrow release rules. Payment processing is handled by licensed partners; chargebacks may pause payouts pending investigation. Currency is INR unless otherwise stated.

Auction bids may be binding subject to the auction rules shown on the listing. Shill bidding, bid manipulation, and coordinated fraud are prohibited. We may cancel auctions that appear compromised and refund eligible deposits according to the Refund Policy.

Repair bookings may be fulfilled by Masrig or verified service partners (including SI partners). Diagnostic findings, parts quotes, and turnaround estimates are communicated before paid work proceeds where practicable. You authorize necessary diagnostics on devices you submit. Risk of data loss exists — back up your data before service.

Eligible purchases may qualify for 7-Day Buyer Protection as described in our Refund Policy. Protection is not a general right of return for change of mind. Misuse of protection (false claims, buyer-caused damage) may result in claim denial and account action.

Community posts, messages, showcase uploads, and reviews must not be unlawful, harassing, spammy, or infringing. You grant Masrig a non-exclusive licence to host and display content you submit for operating the Platform. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Applicable service fees, payment fees, and taxes (including GST where chargeable) are shown at checkout or in seller dashboards. Promotional credits have conditions and may expire. Fee schedules may change with notice on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masrig disclaims warranties not expressly stated and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a transaction is limited to fees paid to us for that transaction in the preceding three months, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@masrig.com to raise disputes before formal proceedings. We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
